Cevro AI provides a cloud-based customer support automation platform that uses artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) to assist in handling and resolving support interactions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service.
Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities conducted under your account
Ensuring your users comply with these Terms
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to (and not allow others to):
Access or use the Service unlawfully
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the Service to build a competing product
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Upload or process content you do not have rights to
Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation
Transmit malware or harmful code
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit (“Customer Data”).
You grant Cevro AI a limited license to:
Process and use Customer Data to provide the Service
Improve and operate the platform
We may collect anonymized and aggregated usage data for analytics and product improvement.
AI and Output Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and outputs.
You acknowledge that:
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
Outputs should not be solely relied upon without human review
You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use
Cevro AI does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
Intellectual Property
Cevro AI retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, models, and documentation.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may be unavailable due to:

System updates
Events outside our control
10. Fees and Payment

Failure to pay may result in suspension

13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
CEVRO AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA
TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Cevro AI against claims arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your data or content
Your violation of these Terms
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware.
