From 19–21 January, Cevro AI attended ICE Barcelona 2026, one of the largest global gatherings for the gambling and iGaming industry, featuring hundreds of exhibitors and companies from every corner of the ecosystem. With over 600 exhibitors showcasing the latest in platforms, payments, compliance, content, and AI, the event was the perfect stage to show how AI agents are transforming player support and operations.
For us, ICE Barcelona was a major success. Across three busy days, we met a large number of iGaming operators, platforms, and solution providers who are actively exploring how to automate their customer support without sacrificing player experience. The interest in AI agents that can resolve a majority of tickets autonomously while maintaining high CSAT made conversations at our stand both intense and exciting.
From live demos to deep‑dive discussions on workflows, KYC, and responsible gaming, our team did an outstanding job representing the brand and showing what “like a human, but improved” looks like in real iGaming environments.
